The plant provides quality jars, closures and sealing discs that they also silk screen and hot stamp decorate for premium skincare products. If there is ever a quality issue, the CSI team is responsive to resolve to address the immediate need and to also follow up with root cause and corrective action to prevent future reoccurrence. There are not many suppliers who provide this kind of quality service on numerous levels as CSI.  It is also refreshing that CSI truly cares about their customers and they want to meet their customers' needs.

We love CSI because they treat us like family. We have been using them for years. Our skin care company has really taken off since landing a large account, and CSI has been right there with us riding the wave of success and avoiding the pitfalls by moving mountains to make sure we never ran out of jars. We especially love the care and attention we get from Lisa Moore our personal sales rep. We never feel like we're calling a huge company that really doesn't care about our business either way. That's important in this day and age. It's also important to us that our jars are being made the USA and we are happy to know we are creating jobs here and not outsourcing everything overseas.
